Yesterday i joined bungeling boyz to try a physical session.
I have to say i didnt expected such hard training, specially with such less equipement.
Indeed all we went ot use was a « obi » (belt) and a small ball.
Training was focus on resistance, speed, and explosivity.
Also it required some muscle i usually doesnt use, i found myself unable to do some exercices. very frustrating.
For sure im gonna go again next week.
